So. Even if we win no more points (which won't happen): Stoke need to win three out of four to catch us. Plus which Swansea, Huddersfield, Wet Spam if they lose their games in hand and also weed still in the mix.

I do air on the negative side generally, don’t shoot me down for my view. I think we may get a draw against Leicester (bad feeling they’ll beat us though) but I really think Stoke will want it/ need it more and beat us. I think this will come down to our last game against West Brom where anything can happen the way there playing lately. I also think Southampton could well get three wins in their last 4 fixtures. We need to play the next game like it’s a cup final to put any of these scenarios behind us.

This post has been merged from a topic called '1pt Could Guarantee Safty Based on Swansea next 2 ' by Guntrisoft If Swansea lose to Man City & Chelsea then Palace will only need 1 point to guarantee safety as Swansea have to play Stoke & Southampton last 3 games which one if not both teams will drop points and won't be able to catch Palace.

Liverpool are likely to rest key players over the next couple of weeks as are Arsenal. Man U and Chelsea will rest players before the cup final assuming Chelsea beat Saints tomorrow. Although they have good squads it does offer more chances to those teams playing them. However if we do the business against Leicester next week it will be irrelevant
