And don't forget we have Sammy Lee and hoping he will have a chat with him. Whatever happens we need to be patient and support whoever comes in.

Like players use Southampton as do managers. Pardew sacked from palace. Is he really gonna get another prem job. I doubt it.

You fail at Palace as a manager, you damage your status as a manager. Before puel, Koeman and pochenttino both going on to top7 clubs.

I think it more likely to be the controlling culture at Palace and the very restricted team development budgets that make good manager afraid to come!
