Someone pointed out that the William Hill website has Exeter v Palace as "live" - they live stream for punters.

Certainly for horse racing on a lot of sites if you bet with them you get to stream for free.. a minimum bet is required though - is that what you mean Nick?

I can't see any links on any site for this game. I dont think it's being streamed live - just live betting.
