It does seem to be that people of that ilk attach themselves to these protests. A lot of Liberals like to tell us how environmentaly friendly they are. It seems to be them showing off their 'caring side'.

There is certainly shared values between so called left and liberal but the environment is surely an issue for all of us.
In truth, most people's views on most things are toward the centre. Unfortunately, we often only hear the extreme view.

If I was truly attention seeking I would be using my real name and have a picture of me on my profile, which I don't, I'm just an anonymous poster on here. My 'All about them!!' thread must have clearly resonated with you I'm just looking to see if it's just me or if other people are irritated by publicity seeking cnuts in the public eye. Emma Thompson should fcuk off and keep her patronising and lecturing to herself. She's an actress, not an authority on how we should live our lives. I would have more respect for her if she'd done a decent days work in her life, but she hasn't! She's just a closet idealist with an axe to grind.

True, and Ms Thompson's view is certainly an extreme left one.
