..think we scored to make it 2-1, then they got their third near the end..in fact I'm pretty sure I remember that! because I was very very cross!! ..found this; ..and we would have gone through with 2-0 because of away goal anyway, loved Dave Madden Edited by Inapickle (13 May 2016 10.22pm)

Exactly right. I remember Madden's celebration after the pen - running straight to the Arfur! ..go down your link and into the Third Division play offs and have a look at who scores Bristol Rovers 2nd goal in their 0-4 thrashing of Fulham!

I have been supporting Palace since before the artificially generated rivalry and under normal circumstances think of them just as Ian Holloway did - just another team to beat but this time I am rooting for Sheffield Wednesday to win promotion as I would like to see exactly how good Barry Bannan could be if given a decent run in the Premiership

I seem to remember that we stood no chance and had our striker out and still managed to go up despite the odds. Just saying it is not over yet. Still time for a sh!t and surprise!
So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

It had been bubbling for a while and Stamford Bridge 75/76 cemented long term what was already in the air. 40 years on and still going strong. That's a proper clash. I am too young to remember when Millwall were for us our main rivals but we were never top of their hate list were we? Always thought it was West Ham emanating from the dockers strikes in the 1920's.

Possibly, but the omens don't look too good for the weed. No team has failed to reach the PO Final after winning the first leg by 2 goals (SSN).
