Tomkins and Flamini are probably likely to be rested judging from Allardyce comments and Tomkins coming back a week early. So looking more like: Kelly - Dann - Delaney - Ward Zaha - McArthur - Puncheon - Townsend Cabaye Benteke No idea if McArthur's fit but we do need him. I'd like Kaikai to be on the bench too.
