It's still in our hands. Swansea need 7 pts to finish above us if we achieve 0.

A draw for them isn't so bad. They still need 2 wins and a draw to overhaul us assuming we don't get another point. If they lose to Everton we're safe mathematically.

Allardyce better be reading the riot act to them. With Swansea's result and yesterdays abject performance, it has put us right back in it. Swansea have play Everton, Sunderland and West Brom. I can see at least 7 points from those for them.

Assuming the Manchester City game goes how most would expect it to, the Hull game looks massive now. I'm guessing we're all Everton fans next week?

If they play like that, I reckon they'll get them, so it's down to us. We should get some points though. Hull's gonna be important and who knows with us for the other two. If Man Utd play like that wepre in with a chance.

I have said recently that it could all hinge on the Man Utd game but I had people on here pilloring me for this saying we were "Safe", "Much better goal difference", "Games in hand" and all that malarkey.
