Going on holiday to Kyrenia North Cyprus 3 weeks tomorrow!

Will be running some marathons and hopefully a couple of ultras as well

No really, it's a sort of Zen thing; the utter stupidity on there isn't good for one's equilibrium and is better avoided. There's enough speculation in the mainstream media over the summer, without indulging the amateurs as well. I will have a glance at the names in September to see if the suggestions/rumours, that actually become signings, have exceeded the usual 1%

A week in Poole and a week in Madeira. I'll try and stay away from transfer talk but I doubt that happen.

Am on a footie tour to Belgium in the next couple of weeks

Am rennovating a flat with another one to do after that

Get back into pre season training

Run 2 x 10kms

Do another SQL course

...oh and off to Croatia for 10days coming back a day before the season starts

What is it about Poole? I'm off for a weekend there in a fortnight. It was either that or Madeira.

I am working throughout the Summer my busiest time of year. As a burgler its rich pickings, with facebook and social media people put out there that they are away so their house is empty or will be when they get back.

I am away 2nd week in July, so no need to check my social media. Off to a get away from it all break at Queens Hotel, SE19.
