So, to clarify. Surname begins with E and we sit in the Arthur, block X. New ticket for youngest arrived yesterday as he has changed category. 3 letters arrived today for the rest of us. Mine contains a new cover for the card plus some 'Palace for life' information. I'm sure the others will be the same. Can't believe they've got this sorted so early this time.

When I first got my season ticket I got all sorts of little bits with it but now they only seem to send the wallet. Dear Mr Parish can I please have a new keyring and home kit car sticker as they've both faded since the last time you gave them out!

Our four ST red and blue covers arrived in yesterday's post with covering letters saying that we continue to use last year's STs as the system that they use means that the old ones can be electronically updated. I believe that you only receive a ST if your circumstances have changed from last Season (new age Category or change of seat) or you did not have one last Season. Seems to be a more convenient way of doling things and it saves the Club money. Still not received my new programme voucher booklet, however.
