'Sponsor the cutlery' made me laugh in this unnecessary shambles we could've avoided by taking silva or Dyche seriously. Parish is out of his depth now in football matters.

Seems somewhat premature to sack him given that we've seen evidence we can play provided he sets us up properly instead of according to his pipe-dream, but if he's refused to do that and told Parish he's playing wingbacks no matter what then he's in the wrong place. Of course if he's managed to lose the dressing room already or declared war after his bollocking or something of that sort then that may colour things.

We wont pay for new players let alone buy out a contract. 3 games in (I wish Man U had been that fickle under Ferguson and thankful we gave BFS more games). The home performances have been derisory and the second half only looked better because Swansea had a two goal cushion and let us have the ball to attack. I hope FdB learns quickly from now on.

In his defence he had no Zaha or Cheek, however, he plays puncheon over Cabaye. 2nd half he did play 4 at the back and it was better, even though Swansea sat back more with a 2-0 lead. Parish and Frank ended up with each other because Southampton decided on Pellegrino. Why parish didn't delay one of his multiple holidays to court silva or remember his 'winding the clock back' comment and charm Dyche I'll never understand. We could of course sell Townsend and have £50 mil to spend on Sakho and a couple more and end up okay but I wouldn't count on it and this 3 at the back dream puts it all in jeopardy.
