If he is unlikely to be out until April why on earth do we not cancel the loan?
Maybe the break clause was only in Chelsea's favour in which case we are paying wages for a loanee as well as he takes a space we could well use for someone else.
Frustrating!

Yes very frustrating. We really don't have much luck with anyone loaned from Chelsea.

Apparently Roy is of the opinion that RLC will be back relatively soon so that's why he wants to keep the loan. Also no point in cancelling it unless we have someone else guaranteed lined up.

And for those saying they would do a swap Benteke for RLC now, would you really swap our ONLY striker for an injured midfielder?

I don't think we have seen Sakho playing on the wing, I don't see how he fills the gap!

IF he does need surgery I would think the Chelsea doctors need to examine him. He is still their player. I was hoping we might be able to make the loan a permanent transfer but that now seems unlikely.
