Hard work is one thing goals is another. However did you see Roys comments about Benteke? Something along the lines that Roys been here 16months and Benteke has only contributed 3 goals during this time so has a lot to prove to him that he should play. Interesting to see if Roy goes for it Saturday or goes tried and tested as par the course with Roy. Edited by MonsterMunch (06 Feb 2019 11.07am) Edited by MonsterMunch (06 Feb 2019 11.08am)

I agree with this idea but Roy won't change and play that way Of course he will, Roy loves two strikers, just hasn’t been able to til now. He’s a 442 manager

I think we'd get overrun in midfield with the Belgians up front together.

I guess no one think's RH will play Ayew and Bats together, and leave Benteke on the bench then...

Personally I’d probably play Benteke up front with the usual 5 of andros kouyate Luca MacArthur Wilf. See how we get on. Benteke is likely to tire and you bring on Batsman or possibly both on st the same time if we need to chase a result. There’s also Meyer or Ayew we can bring on, but Ayew is only worthwhile if there’s a lot of open spaces around their right back. Otherwise he’s pointless. Meyer should work with Batsman, but a lot will depend on training more now than before, but this is Roy.

Would love to see them together but as neither one is good for 90 minutes yet if isn’t going to happen. Can’t really blame Roy for that Benteke to start and Bat to be impact sub.

Would love to see a 4-4-2 with Wilf and Andros on the wings and Luka behind Max centrally. Doubt it would happen. I'd love to see this. Probably gonna get Ayew and Schlupp though
