I find it depressing that supposedly intelligent would-be leaders of the land are so pig headedly determined to not agree with a single point from the other side. The job for every panellist on QT seems to be to simply disagree with the other side, and we also see that manifested on the website often. I think most people's opinions are more nuanced than that - I can believe that Corbyn is a hypocritical cockwomble for instance without thinking the desire to help the downtrodden isn't a good thing, just as I can believe May has presided over an awful brexit process without following the "all Tories are evil" mantra. I'm sure I could sit down in a pub with most posters on here, have a civil discussion, and probably learn a thing or two from both sides, but alas many people seem to think considering other views is some sort of defeat of a sign of weakness.
