The issue is reported because it could be the hardware used in the devices which doesn't work well with codec amazon use or most likely it's the software. (Amazon are strict with hardware they support even if theirs software available for the device doesn't mean it's great experience) Which device do you use for playback?

think its a great idea, this amazon “trial” during december could potentially change the game. if you use it correctly on everyday things you purchase amazon prime will actually save you money & potentially give you PL football. i dont currently pay for any sport on tv apart from £7 a month for a internet sports streaming subscription. its about time a new player entered the game to disrupt the cartel.

Mine is working fine on my laptop, but through the firestick, I click on the link to the game, and it does nothing :-(

Watching on firestick and it's fine. City game is 4k but ours isn't. That's a bit crap.
