I've just watched this again. I swear it gets funnier each time I see it. Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

You can imagine the interviewer and his subject and the audience all collapsing in hysteria ! And (quote) 'Benteke last scored when Roy Hodgson was in short trousers' was an absolute gem. When you think about the game you can't disagree with a word of it and his toothless grin - heaven ! Man and boy Palace since my first game in 1948 sitting on my dad's shoulders
