Crazy turnaround. Poor reflection on the contributions of Riedewald, Ahamada and Rak-Sakyi... minutes after leaving the pitch we score 3. I guess 2 will continue to be on the bench and Jes will be loaned out. Highlights the gap in quality between first team regulars and the rest of our squad... another sign to the board for a couple of additions!

Listening on Palace TV and it sounded like we were awful in the first half, with commentators saying Mateta and Edouard well out of it. Ironic then, that in five minutes we turned the game around with goals from Edouard and Mateta who's on a hat trick. Also sounds like Eze is making all the difference.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |
