Since when have you been interested in credit ratings? If Corbyn had got anywhere near being PM the same thing would have happened and you wouldn't have said a thing. The ideological left are partly to blame for brexit as they have spent decades telling the working classes how they should be loving immigration and multiculturalism. Those outside London look at what's happened to it and have gone...'no thanks'....they can clearly see what's coming. This was their one chance to register a rejection. The working class have left the Labour party and that's why they have zero chance of forming a government until they elect someone who can actually relate to the real world concerns of the traditional Labour vote.

In line with the rest of the EU, then. France, Germany and even the US of A lost their top rating some while back. Germany is actually AAA and stable. France AA and stable. UK is AA and negative. SO not in line. While Australia rating is AAA and stable which is frankly laughable given the huge insecurities they have over their long term economy. While the ratings may be a joke, they do have an impact unfortunately. Edited by OknotOK (28 Jun 2016 9.40am)

Not at all but when you see some of the racist crap that is being put out against ordinary human beings by people that have been emboldened by the leave vote then that worries me. I realise it was not the intention of the leave campaign (at least I'd like to think not) but the far right do seem to have received a boost because of the nationalistic (in the sense of the UK as a whole) tone of parts of the campaign. That is not a good thing. Firstly I have not heard one Racist comment from any politician, except the remainers accusing anyone who doesnt agree with them of being a jingoistic knuckle dragger. Next...In your opinion knuckle draggers of the far right like Britain First etc have gained popularity because of the leave campaign, pretty big assumption on your part, in fact I would argue after the MP was shot dead by a follower of that nasty bunch of pigs, that far from benefiting from recent events they have lost out and long may that trend continue. "at least I hope not" again there's just a little hint that deep down you think all out voters are screaming Nazis goose stepping their way to Whitehall. Nationalistic, would that be the same nationalism shown by the Welsh Assembly, and that complete thunder cnut Sturgeon from the SNP ? Somehow at some point in Englands History it has become the norm for anyone who shows the slightest bit of pride in their flag or indeed their country as a screaming lunatic racist. That is wrong, England is a great country full of diversity and many different cultures, and those people from all backgrounds voted to stop having the piss ripped out of us by Brussels. Not racist, just normal folk black and white who had enough.

To shut up and take on cvnts like those. 40% cited immigration as their primary reason for voting 'out' our survey said last week. Well, in The Metro anyway. As Jamie pointed out, Pandora's box contained hope. But using your analogy the box was opened long ago when protests like that shown below were allowed in Britain.... looks a lot more menacing than your picture! And they weren't in places like Exeter or London, but in the places up north that overwhelmigly voted leave because they were the ones most affected by immigration despite Labour advising them to vote remain.

Not racist, just normal folk black and white who had enough. I didn't say any politician had said any racist comment. I meant the people that are abusing ordinary human beings in their shops, on the streets etc. 57% increase in hate crimes since the referendum. Who do you think is doing these hate crimes? If it isn't the far right groups being emboldened then itmust be non far-right people and that, in it's own way is even worse. People are scared. [Link] Please don't make assumptions about me. I genuinely hope that the politicians didn't foresee their positions as encouraging racism. Don't you hope that as well? Nationalism is a dangerous card to play. I do not have a problem with being proud of your country and indeed am proud to be Welsh and British but you do not have to dislike another country, race etc to be proud of your own country. Some people on the far right do put down, abuse and attack people that do not fit their view of what British is and that is wrong. Or do you disagree?

"How did you vote?" said Pooh. "Leave," said Piglet. "I voted remain," said Pooh. "Are we still friends?" said Piglet. "No" said Pooh.... "I've decided that you and the other 17.4 Million people that voted leave are thickos and I want another Referendum because that's not fair!"

There is a thread on the BBS which is called something like, If the idiots win what will you do? That pretty much sums up the attitude of the young, arrogant, primarily left wing Remain types. They think they own the moral and the intellectual high ground and have contemp for anyone who disagrees with them.
