I see wilf got in Garth Croocks team of the week. No surprise there but I disagree with his comment that we wouldn't have won the game without the sending off.

I read the Evening Standard on the tube this evening. A whole article on Tottenham’s problems. We didn’t even get half a compliment. Awful, biased and nasty journalism. It always has been and always will be, even if we won the league and ECL. Far more people support top 6 clubs so the media have to feed that. If there was fair coverage and articles about the rise of League 1 clubs, trouble at Burnley etc. fewer rags would be flogged and online articles read and thus less money made from advertising and sales. Look no further than that.

One cockerel does not a season make. Lets not get carried away here, for sure it was a great performance and result but... Next up Liverpool where I remember a certain team of the 80's arriving in town as the next best thing and that didn't go so well.
I'm so Palace I don't even know it |
