With all the stats available the chances of picking up a player on a bargain are greatly diminished. Even if a player is on a free or their contract has only a year left the buying club know what the price is. Of course both selling and buying clubs try it on but unless one of them is desperate to sell or buy the price almost sets itself. We don't need to sell and Liverpool know that so if they really want him they will have to pay the going rate.

No hate here as I've always looked for Dazza's updates. But since being on Twitter I've noticed he only pops up when there's new rumours circulating on twitter. Seems pretty obvious when you see the timings. Sorry guys, but i think the Dazza haters are right haha

Unless there is a direct quote, just ignore these made up stories.

To quote a Liverpool fan some years back when discussing the possibility of us finishing higher than them in the league, I will "stand on the steps of Liverpool City Hall, lay a todd in my hands and clap frantically" if they buy him for as little as £35m.

You can’t help but look at some of the higher prices mentioned for our players and scratch your head…but then I think to myself, who’s got more market value right now, Guehi or Wesley Fofana (injuries aside). Who’s got more market value out of Guehi and Cucurella? So, when the top clubs start consistently paying those figures for proven performing prem quality players…it stands to reason why some of the fees seem so high. Marc Geuhi at 60m looks cheap. Anderson at 50m looks fair. Doucoure at 35m…that’s total BS. But I have to say, he doesn’t look like a Liverpool player to me, not yet anyway.
