Franca is all agreed 5yr deal & medical booked in for weekend. Could be announced this week or early next but all confirmed will be a Palace Player. Still interested in Gray also.

It seems like there's a lot of interest in players currently contracted to Palace and not too much interest in a player whose contract recently expired! I for one hope we don't sell Doucouré, another season with us will do both parties well and I reckon this time next season he'll be worth 60m+
|

As you say, Rice has more PL experience, but I feel like anyone who puts on a Palace shirt is immediately underrated, even by their own fans.

Talk of selling those players who form the nucleus of our team today and in the immediate future is surely a nonsense. If we are to progress these players need to be kept for a couple of seasons at least, and at least until serious offers come in for them.
