I was in a pub by Brighton station a few weeks ago on the way to our Man U home game , quite a few Weed fans in there at 2.45 and they were at home with a 3pm ko. I asked them if they were now skipping the first 10 minutes as well as the last 10....
They really are a different breed.

I think it must be down to the breed of new supporter they have down there. They are happy to dump their usual Premiership team to watch their local team but expect to win every match and if they are losing will bugger off home.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

Heh heh Saturday was the first time I have left a match at The Amex early without the opposition being Crystal Palace. It's not that I can't take losing to Ipswich or that I am bothered about getting trains/buses, as if I was I'd be leaving early on a regular basis. It was simply a result of feeling utterly bored with the football I'd spent 85 minutes watching, frustration with our gutless display in a crucial match and the realisation that we wouldn't have come back from 2-0 down even if there had been 105 minutes left to play.

A mate who is a seaweed season ticket holder, was moaning about the amount of fans who left after 70 minutes booing their team as they went on saturday.
