Interestingly video technology has been trialled in some of the friendly and youth internationals lately and by all accounts the results have been complete and utter s***e. The decisions are still bollocks, and there is now additional confusion and chaos while they refer things to the video ref without telling anyone or knowing whether they're still playing or not. Seemingly the only benefit has been to increase the number of t***s from four to six.

There's no reason why it shouldn't improve things if done properly so presumably it's in someone's interests for the experiment to fail miserably and we can go back to the old position that the arsehole's decision is final.

It would be great if we can stay with the "man in the middle his decision is final" but we have come a long way since the days of footballers running a boozer when they have finished their career.

There is so much money in the game now ( not for the better )that one or two simple miscalls, could send a club down and cost them 100/200 million from the Prem.
Should have been a pen,wasn't offside when he scored,hand ball in the box,wasn't a corner then he scored etc etc

I don't know about what you say, if the trials of video technology have failed but we do need change,it works in Rugby,Cricket,Tennis...they have to make it work in Football

1 - FIFA
2 - No outside regulation of refs. Since when has having incompetent people judging other incompetent people's performance ever worked?
3 - Noon kick offs on a Sunday (agree should be 3 Sat or on a Tuesday or Wednesday eve)
4 - Wembley being used for FA Cup semis (and American Football teams playing there)
5 - Substitutions in the last 3 or 5 minutes (unless there's an injury or it is going to go into extra time)

2) Fans of "big teams" who never go to games.
3) Wright and Bright don't play for us any more.
4) Celebrity referees.
5) The Premier league. Bring back Football league Division one, division two, division three and division four. And just have the odd live TV game such as cup finals and England matches.

With 5 is true. My dad still calls them Div 1-4 anyway, and when I was growing up was Premiership -Div 3 and now it's Premiership -Championship - League 2. Which makes intergenerational conversations/reminiscences more hassle than they need to be... Just be Division 1-4 ffs

1. Pundits stating it's alright for players to cheat, (taking one for the team). Why is that acceptable ?
2. Arguing with the ref.
3. Expensive food at grounds.
4. Crap interviews after the game eg, How do you feel losing 5-0 to your local rivals.
