Ferret that evening Sam was our Manager not Pardew. Sorry, you're talking about the home game now, aren't you? I thought we were still talking about the shambolic game at their place. It was 25 November 2016 and Sam didn't arrive for another month after that. It did however require three further months for him to repair the damage Pardew had done. The last time we played a Pulis team in the Premier League we won, didn't we? And away from home to boot! And incidentally I thought he was very gracious in defeat that day - especially given the 'background'.

They appear to only want to asset strip buying selling their best players. We on the other hand have American owners, who just take a back seat, but have supporters who are talking about selling our best players!

They have tried to trade properly without massive debt. They have lost their way a bit but asset stripping is a bit much.

Alan Pardew at West Brom recently is a good example. T.P at Swansea would be a radical change of style for Swansea who have had a style based on passing for years. If they go for him it will show their board are in a state of panic.
