Well, agree with most that logically this should be an easy win for MC. One of those frustrating teams who will have more possession than The Exorcist leaving us chasing shadows. Best hope is the Maginot line holds, Henderson makes a succession of world class saves, and one or two pieces of individual brilliance up front mean we nick it, or a draw. Don't you just love being the underdog! Given the potential next few seasons I suspect that, like most of us, we don't really care about the remaining results as long as we stay up.

Hendersen
Ward Andersen Mitchell
Munoz lerma Wharton Ahamada Schlupp

3-0 City

Let's be realistic. The team is exhausted with shedloads of injuries. 0-3

I think they'll probably want to deal with us quickly and then send on their third (or fourth) team to see out the game. Unfortunately, I am only expecting another clueless performance from Palace.

Lot of negativity on here and im sure there was earlier in the season when we played them away , but we have the indian sign over them , they hate playing us and i think if we lose it will only be by the odd goal . I reckon we could nick a point

Yes strange comment that, it’s not like we’ve had long cup runs to contend with

I hope we get a result against the bin dippers.
Don’t care who wins prem as long as it’s not the Klip Klops lot.

Too few players playing too many matches without a break

Admittedly, the squad is thin and we are missing key players so we have to play kids who are not up to the job. However, we've just had a three week break and have come back to take one point from two matches against teams below or near us in the league. We should have been in a state of acute preparedness for those games as we have much tougher opposition coming up. Very disappointing ...

It’s not how fit you are it’s how fit you are compared to the other side. It’s not a coincidence that most of our games are pretty tight for the first 65 - 70 minutes, then the oppo bring on fresh legs with quality, our starting players can’t all match the new intensity, we bring on a few muppets and surprise surprise we concede the most late goals of any PL side.

Agreed, but - as has been the pattern this season - we were cursed with playing one team in its second short purple patch and another who have demonstrated an Evertonian uplift after their points deduction.

Any other season we would have got 6 points and would now be discussing the current style of flip flops.
