I know we need to gradually reduce our use of carbon fuels, but, come on. These turbines, whether at sea or on land are a blot on the landscape. As a boy I holidayed with my parents in North Wales and have fond memories of times at Llandudno. On a recent trip there I was appalled to see the view from the pier littered with turbines. Horrible.

Surely I'm not the only one. Am I?

Yes POG, I can’t stand to see them either, equally so looking out to see as on land.

The view off the Lincolnshire & North Norfolk coast has been totally ruined IMO. Whilst I appreciate the need for greener energy I just can’t stand the look of them and the blot on the landscape that they are.
