I don't think I've posted on here in a decade - moved to the BBS for a while but politically they are utter morons over there. No words would be enough to truly describe the awfulness of this event. It’s impossible to imagine the horror the children must have felt and witnessed, or that of their parents or loved ones. Trying to do that adequately is beyond words. It’s not that though that has been criticised. It’s the rush to reach conclusions based on well rehearsed biases before any actual information is available. Using the excuse of “patterns” as the justification. These may yet prove to be well founded but even if they are it doesn’t make sense to do it. Speculation may be fun in some instances but not in something this tragic.
