Had the Stirling/East Stirling draw last night due to my "havn't drawn yet" system. Only 1-1 and HT/FT draw so not the biggest returns on offer, but each was over 11/2. Only three clubs left now that have not drawn at home: Man Utd They will all draw soon.
Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry. |

FA Cup weekend again..... I know Exeter's home form hasn't been as good as away & Tranmere can upset, however, I fancy these on Friday: TRANMERE 4/5 v Shrewsbury (Shrews' 2 leading scorers are out. Porter on emergency loan from Sheff Utd) Double = 2/1 Saturday: CHELTENHAM 10/11 v Aldershot Double = 10/3 Also tempted by Championship's: PALACE 11/10 v Mboro Double = 3/1 Or mix them up for a double or treble. Most tempting is Cheltenham & Palace double at 3/1. Treble inc hull is 13/2. 16/1 for the Saturday 4fold and probably over half that for the treble within 4fold. Maybe 200% return of stake if 3 win. I wouldn't be surprised if Coventry come unstuck at BURY at 2/1. Probably leave it though. BRISTOL ROVERS 5/4 v Wycombe is an interesting one. Look out for but possibly leave. First contribution to this thread. Liverpool have to be the lay of the week at their current price, I also have no doubt they will get backed in as well (Happens every week) Its their 3rd game in 6 days on Sunday and they are yet to beat anyone in the top 10. Lay Liverpool Take your pick.

Also why are we (Palace) 23/20? Not lost at home in 14 games, Boro not won away in the last 4. Jedi back, Ward back & Williams buzzing for a 1st team place. It was evens this morning but now drifted.

The bookies are pretty clueless when it comes to Palace, they'll have no idea about Jedi, Ward or Williams. They'll just see that we're pretty close in terms of league position, but we have the form in our favour, hence the shorter odds. Boro aren't a bad side to be fair.

I'd say the odds just about reflect how I see the game; we're fairly comfortable favourites, but a Boro result isn't that far out of the question.

Palace 9/1 I think this is a cracking bet personally. 20 quid for 200 return.
