Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Physical punishment isn't particularly effective and generally represents more parental issues and frustration, rather than corrective. Children, and people in general, respond better to positive reinforcement over negative reinforcement.

A quick slap has less of a learning experience than several hours of monotony, or loss of privileges for a week - Generally though the problem tends to be with parents enforcing their own rules.

'Boredom' is a very effective means of punishing children. Far worse, existentially from a child's perspective.

Tailored punishment seems to work best.
Hitting is learned behaviour which you then passed on, which is obviously not a good thing. However there has to be a set of rules for behaviour from the home that needs to be generally enforced. Society is full of rules and we need to enter into it understanding that there are always limits to what we can get away with.

Small fry anyway. Expect to get preferential treatment under a Trump presidency which would more than make up for it.

Trade deals can't see them at all as Mrs May knows already her overtures all politely turned down - thats why its 'free trade' now.

This does not mean that you get loads of free stuff from all over the World as my brexiter daughter thinks haha.

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.
