I'd be very surprised if TP's scouting network wasn't following the priority order this transfer window: 1) A gay player He won't have overlooked the need for a gay player, trust me. It's about time the Football Manager franchise added players s*xuality to their stats as well because the other day I wanted to find a player with at least 15 for heading, 14 for balance and ideally bi-s*xual but the filters weren't there so I had to settle for someone with unknown s*xuality. I lost 6-0 in my next game. Actually choked on my drink reading this...

I'd be surprised if BSC Young Boys don't have any gay players, especially as they play in the town of W*nkdorf. Seriously though, I'd have no problem if we had an openly gay player. The HF would hopefully stop singing stuff like the frankly rubbish "Will Young" song and change some of the words of the "We scored 3..." chant, which would be a blessed relief in itself.

Outstanding idea. Might I suggest taking the idea a step further and commemorating their signing by renaming one of the bars 'Blue Oyster'?

I think you need to change the title of the thread. I cannot see we 'NEED' a gay player. For a start you need to know who the gay players are. There are places you can find gay players, maybe try introducing yourself with your thread title.
