Would welcome us signing him on loan, as many have said has potential to do a job for us if he stays fit. On a loan we could just cancel the loan if it does not work out.

Possibly worth noting that Palace often get linked with foreign based players (Silami, Batayushi, Babacar, Vasquez, Lima etc etc etc) and this has been the case again when looking for a attacking midfielder. I suspect these links are based off initial inquiries but what we have seen is when push has come to shove after the initial inquiries we have decided as a club to go for more established Premier League players (Benteke, Townsend, Remy, Cabaye). With this in mind I suspect Wilshere will appeal to SP on loan over the likes of Lima etc.

(At the end of the day we have to sign him as in my Football Manager game I became Palace manager in 2022 with a certain Jack Wilshere already at the club....I sold him the next season because he was constantly injured).
