Sakho signing chance almost gone

It's all paper talk re Sakho to Southampton. Not a reliable source in site and jornos putting 2 +2 together because Southampton are going to be in the market for a CB.

How much say in where they go do players have when they are under contract? I don't know the answer but it does appear that Sakho would like to play for us. How much of an influence this will have I am unsure.

There is also the issue of the player's personal terms to deal with and that has stopped transfers going through in the past.

The question is if the Saints have £30 million to spend on a defender and if they are being offered Sakho at a discount as an incentive to drop their complaint against Liverpool?
