I think that is correct, it slows the play down, but it amazes me that any footballer that trains constantly and has since they were early teens isn't two footed.

Very interesting read and to find out his experiences. It also shows at the end how Palace can be right for a player. One thing though, we all thought it was Sammy Lee who got into andros’s head when he was so bad in his first half of a season under Pardew. But it was a psychologist, unless it was both. Possibly.

I see this regularly in blokes who I work with where the effects of past hurt can manifest in addictive behaviour as a form of medication: gamboling, alcohol, drugs, p***.graphy or sex addiction. It is a brave thing to share for anyone and brilliant that Andros has given word to his burdens. Hopefully it will help others.

What may be really beneficial to Palace is that talking about this sort of thing breeds an openness and an atmosphere of vulnerability that could have great knock on effects for his teammates.

So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet.

Good on you Andros. Very interesting and honest read. I imagine he's quite a good mentor to some of the academy players. Seen a few comments about him and Brandon Pierrick recently.

Andros is a proper decent player - and we have quite a few of them in the squad. Kelly, Ward, Jordan the shorts, Luka, Wayne, etc . Good lads.
