If anything him playing 4-5-1 tonight is the epitome of fan frustration with him. It means the rubbish we all saw immediately in the West Ham game has taken Hodgson 3 games to get on top of. He could've changed it at half time against West Ham. I'm increasingly convinced that it's our lack of pressing until the opposition hit the halfway line that means we spend the entire game under our own crossbar at present. We managed to get a cross into the Brighton box - only took 12 minutes. Very deep early on - this is Brighton not Barcelona.

Listening on BBC and it's Brighton v someone else. We have NOT let in an early goal and we seem to be set up well so far.
Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course). |
