We have 6 players out, Ayew has been added to the list with the Groin/Hip/Pelvic injury he picked up v Spurs, he is rated as 50% for Luton. IF, he doesn't make it/bench, who could replace him, Edouard? Franca? Interesting, thoughts?
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

| I'm sure this will be that game of the season where stress levels reach critical. Even if we are winning 2-0 with 15 minutes left, you just know it's going to be the longest 15 minutes for quite a while. This game could be our season. No pressure.

| One thing we can rely on is Luton scoring...they even knocked in 2 v Citeh despite conceding half a dozen. Given our general lack of goals but taking their injuries into account and hopefully a sparkling display by Eze, Wharton, JPM etc. I’ll go 3-2 (or poss 3-3, if we sit back again).

| 2-2 - they'll scare us but trust in Ollie to peg them back.

| A game we should see through if we take the initiative however if we let them do that, we'll be in for a torrid and quite possibly losing time. There's a bloke in the Glaziers who seems to have been consistently shouting "Get at 'em" since the club's founding. His advice would be well taken on Saturday.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Yes, we know, but you don't have to say it! I'm feeling as nervy as hell.

| A win here, you would think, would leave Luton too much to do. Play up Palace. 2-1

| Our weakness from corners and free kicks is a worry. They are very strong in those areas. Fingers crossed for anything but a loss Edited by 55 years a fan (07 Mar 2024 8.56pm)

| Like many I think this will be a really tough nervy game. Luton have no fear taking it to the opposition but that will also give us chances, we have an astute coaching team that will study those openings and have plans. I am going for 2-2 which will suit us and send us into a 3 week break where our tactics will improve even more 👍🏻 Brace yourselves! Selhurst spirit will get us over the line
