Along with many on here - I've never been a TF fan - but just seen him on Sky and you can just tell what it means to him - like the way he had a little jibe at El Tel as well !!!

Had a look on the scousers site. These are some of the excuses they're talking about:- Its all part of the master plan The ref must have been a cockney our shorts were too tight 2nd goal didnt count 'the title race starts now'

the second goal, may well have been an own one, but the way gray weaved in and out of hyypia and carragher - you barely knew they were there. amazing stuff freedman really lit the game up after he came on. shame he let the team - and himself - down after that needless elbow. still we get to boast we only had 10 players and we still gave em a kicking

Holy s*** what a night! Incredible! We are fast turning into a f***ing hard team to beat! Trev's tactical turnaround in the first half was not only incredibly brave, it was inspired, and it worked a dream. I am so happy to be proved wrong on this one, I thought we'd missed our chance at Selhurst, but we've gone on and played like a team that really believes! TREVOR FRANCIS RED & BLUE ARMY!!!!
