Todays second download is a bootleg by Led Zeppelin that has been put together by a fan and features live tracks from the sixties to the eighties from various sources. Some great stuff on this one with excellent versions of "Stairway To Heaven" and "No Quarter". Most of these songs feature on other bootlegs - some of which I've previously posted. It's still a good bootleg though and if you like LZ it's another one for the collection... Todays first download is a set by The Rolling Stones that was recorded at the Saitama Super Arena, Saitama, Japan in 2006. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a TV broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. I've posted loads of bootlegs by the Stones as well as a whole discography of the bands studio released work - this is another crackin' show for the collection - this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by Billy Idol that was recorded at the Rock Am Ring Festival, Nurnberg, Germany in 2005. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the set. I've not posted that many boots or albums by Billy Idol - good quality bootlegs are quite rare - I only have a few myself. This is a good one and is a great addition to the collection. Billy performs some classics on this one like "White Wedding" as well as a cover of Van Halens "Jump" before ending the set with the classic "Rebel Yell".... this is thoroughly recommended... An extra download today and a short set by The Spencer Davis Group that was recorded in Stockholm, Sweden in 1967. The quality of this is superb considering the age of the bootleg and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show. There is a little radio "Hiss" but it's not noticeable when the music is playing. This bootleg only has 3 tracks on it - so obviously not the whole show... what we do get are 3 top tracks especially "Im A Man" and the classic "Gimme Some Lovin'"... I looking for two LPs by Derrick Morgan, if possible If they are not coming up, any Greatest Hits or Best Of would be great. Failing that just his single Moon Hop Many thanks

Todays first download is a set by Stevie Ray Vaughan that was recorded in Davis, California at the University Of California on the 28th November 1984. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted a few bootlegs and album by SRV in the past - this is another top addition to the collection. This is a crackin' set which is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by Journey that was recorded in Chicago in September 1981. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted a few bootlegs and albums by Journey over the years - they are a really good band - although I much prefer the bands earlier stuff. However, this is a very good set and the band play some great tracks... this is thoroughly recommended....
