But there is something about the wider political world that attracts the sexual freaks. I suspect its a power thing with both the Right and the Left having more than their fair share of perverts of every and any shade.

We are all guilty of throwing the reality of that at each other but I suspect we all need to acknowledge, and seek to root out and punish, all transgressors.

And especially on the Right. If we promote traditional family values and proclaim ourselves as the champions of moral integrity, then we need to be harsher than the left who effectively champion many life styles that are abhorrent.

For example, the Right could not tolerate say a Keith Vaz still within their ranks, and certainly not in any real position of power.

Its part of the game. No point in making a big issue. If anything, take it as a sign that the opposition has nothing really credible to say. Guilt by association is one of the oldest tricks in the book and if we are honest, we all deploy it.

The EDL were never part of my own political spectrum, and I have my own serious misgivings about TR but the reality is that the wider Right need to accept that within our midst are wrong'uns.

And try not to get drawn into the slings and arrows of it all. It achieves nothing.

Bloke is a nonce, he is going to prison, and good riddance to bad rubbish.

Only difference between him and the grooming gangs is that he does not have an entire political and public service culture allowing him to abuse kids for decades, actively colluding to stop this from being exposed.

And that is what we are fighting. A system which has allowed the abuse of kids to go unchallenged because it suited the wider left agenda.
