Todays second download is a bootleg by the Small Faces that consists of tracks taken from tv and radio broadcasts from the 1960's. Considering the age of some of these recordings the quality is fantastic - especially for the 1968 Colour Me Pop broadcast which features the Small Faces classic Happiness Stan - with Stanley Unwin!. Some great stuff on this one with tracks from Radio Caroline, BBC Top Gear, Top Of The Pops, Morecambe & Wise and German TV. This is wicked and if you like the Small Faces you will want this one... Here is a download link I found for :- Deep Joy - Small Faces (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : Radio Caroline Colour Me Pop, June 21, 1968 featuring Stanley Unwin BBC Top Gear, April 14, 1968, with PP Arnold Morecambe & Wise, April 18, 1967 Top Of The Pops, September 1967 (date unknown) Beat, Beat, Beat (German) 1966 Beat Club, date unknown BBC Color Me Pop 1968 (date unknown) Extracts From LP Gulliver’s Travels Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 112MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) Enjoy!

Todays first download isn't a bootleg but it is a live album - this is Argent. Live BBC Radio 1 In Concert. A show which was recorded at the Paris Theatre, London. This is a wicked live album with some classic Argent tracks like "Hold Your Head Up" and "God Gave Rock and Roll To You". Some great guitar work by Russ Ballard as well as the classic keyboards of Rod Argent. I was surprised that I hadn't posted this before - this is great stuff.... Todays extra download is a set by Motown legend Smokey Robinson that was recorded at the Northern Lights Theater, Potawatomi Casino, Milwaukee on the 12th August 2011. This is in excellent quality - and it's an audience recorded show - but a very, very good one. Smokey Robinson bootlegs are very rare - I only have one other myself - which I posted a while back. Some real classics on this one including "Going To A Go Go"... "You've Really Got A Hold On Me" and "Tears Of A Clown" as well as "The Tracks Of My Tears"... If you like Smokey Robinson - grab this show... this is thoroughly recommended... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at The Northern Lights Theater, Potawatomi Casino. Milwaukee, WI. 12.8.11 - Smokey Robinson (Bootleg) Quality : Excellent Tracklisting : CD 1 : CD 2 : Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 281MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) Enjoy!

Todays extra download is a set by First Aid Kit which was recorded at the Roundhouse, London on the 21st September 2014. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. This is the first bootleg by this band that I've posted - but not the first album as I've posted one of the bands 3 studio released albums a short while back. The group are from Sweden and got noticed by posting a cover of a Fleet Foxes song on YouTube... If you like First Aid Kit then grab this show... this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by The Sheepdogs that was recorded in Toronto, Ontario on the 4th September 2012. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from an FM broadcast of the set and it sounds top notch. The Sheepdogs come from Saskatoon, Saskatchewas and consist of Ewan Currie on Guitar and Vocals, Rusty Matyas on Guitar, Ryan Gullen on Bass, and Sam Corbett on Drums/Percussion. According to my files this is only the second bootleg by The Sheepdogs that I've posted - and none of the bands studio released stuff. If you downloaded the previous show and liked it - then give this one a try. Live at The Edge's Sugar Beach Studio, Toronto, Canada 4.9.12 - The Sheepdogs (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : Feeling Good Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 63.4MB (Including Artwork) Enjoy!

Todays extra download is a set by Welsh rockets Man that was recorded at the Rainbow, Finsbury Park, London in 1972. This is an audience recorded show and normally I don't post them - but bootlegs by this band are rarer than rocking horse crap - and I've heard a lot worse than this. This is the Mick Jones version of the band - Deke Leonard having been replaced by MJ - and this is one of the bands first shows with Mick taking on the lead guitar. This is a rare show and if you like this band - you will definitely want this one.... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at The Rainbow, Finsbury Park, London 1972 - Man (Bootleg) Quality : Excellent Tracklisting : 01 C'mon Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 140MB (Including Artwork) Total Play Time : 60m 50s The Line-up : Enjoy!

This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted quite a few shows by Dream Theater over the years - they always put on a good show and this is no exception. If you've downloaded any of the previous shows by DT that I've posted, grab this one as well as it's a cracking set and is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by the legendary Elvis Presley and a show recorded at the Houston Astrodome, Houston, TX on the 3rd March 1974. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted a few shows by Elvis over the years - but nothing for quite a while. Some classics on this one include "All Shook Up" "Hound Dog" "Polk Salad Annie" and "Suspicious Minds". Normally Elvis would appear with Joe Guercio's Orchestra but on this show he only has his rhythm backing band and a couple of backing singers. If you like The King - you will want this one... thoroughly recommended.. Todays extra download is a set by blues rock guitarist Joe Bonamassa that was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee in 2002 (the exact date isn't listed). This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds absolutely top notch. This is an early JB set and at this time he had released two albums and these tracks are all from those. I've posted a few shows by JB on the mp3 thread over the years and this is another top show for the collection. If you like Joe Bonamassa - grab this one, this is the mutts and is thoroughly recommended... Todays first download isn't a bootleg but it is a live album. This is Ian Hunter in Concert on an album called Missing In Action. This album is a compilation of previously unreleased live material from various Ian's solo career - Long Island NY 1979; Chicago IL 1979; Essen Germany 1980; San Jose CA 1989; Toronto Canada 1987/88 ). The bonus disc, Collateral Damage, contains more live material from those shows, and was included with the first 5000 copies. I've posted lots of Ian Hunter material over the years on the mp3 thread, both solo and with Mott The Hoople and also the Hunter Ronson band - with the great Mick Ronson on guitar. Mick is also playing on the second disc of this album Collateral Damage. This is great stuff and if you like Ian Hunter then grab this... this is the mutts and is thoroughly recommended. Here is a download link I found for :- Missing in Action - Ian Hunter Bitrate : 320Kbps Tracklisting : CD 1 - Missing In Action 01. Life After Death CD 2 - Collateral Damage (limited edition bonus disc) 01. FBI Download Links : CD 1 : [Link] CD 2 : [Link] Filesize : 297MB (Including Artwork) Enjoy!
