Why the Benitez love in Pardew had a 37% win rate at NFC with Benitez at 31%. He’s the most overrated manager in the Prem, played some truly awful football in the last 2 seasons. He’s jumped because 55m isn’t enough .. maybe he should run a club at a loss and pick up the bill.

Those complaining about Roy did so because he sometimes played what was perceived to be an overly defensive game. Did anyone watch Newcastle last season? Only the bottom 4 scored less goals. Without significant investment he would likely do the same at Palace but receive a higher wage for it. Not that this is a remote possibility anyway. I'm not sure I've ever read a bigger lot of sloblock on here. Utter nonsense. It's "fewer" (not "less".) I mean, really...

The biggest difference between Benitez and Parish is that the former wants to push on and get the club into Europe whilst all Parish wants is survival. The Newcastle manager felt that £50m wasn't enough to buy the quality of player needed to progress so decided to call it a day and look for a club with more ambition ...and he told you that I suppose..?

Your claim is flawed, all clubs have sold there best players at some point. They all had great revenue streams, if the player wants to go and someone is going to pay a stupid amount of money, he gets sold.

Rather than just copying other people's posts you could do a little research and if you did you would find plenty of interviews where Parish has admitted that remaining in the Premiership is his top priority
