They have managed to win just six games in 33 fixtures and with our breath taking win at Liverpool, simply are not going to catch us,other than in the minds of the more pessimistic fans,South Coast based???

I accept this is aimed at 'Yours Truly', which is understandable given that I have been an 'Elijah of doom' displaying the qualities of a doomster and gloomster.

For the record I believe it is a tad unlikely that Luton will finish above us in the table but football can be unpredictable and the surprise element is always possible.Football has not been without its major shocks !

Beating West Ham and getting one more win or a couple of draws seems doable.

Bees are 4 up at Luton!

We go down one place but it doesn't matter Luton looking doomed..

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

Sky may not get their final day drama after all with all the relegation places already decided and Manchester City already Champions.
They may have to base their final day build up on who gets Europa Cup places which doesn't have much of a ring to it.

I bet they really did not like Paul merson making a big deal and saying it's all over. He is next for the chop from sky sports.

At this point if we do get relegated we absolutely fully deserve it. 1 more win should do it for me.

I’ve a feeling my bed shall remain dry from here on in. I’m not convinced anything stranger has ever happened at sea than our hypothetical relegation from this position.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

I really do hope so. Every incident is 'unbelievable' and often 'game over'. His reports are lessons in how not to have a heart attack. Contrast with literate, calm and accurate reports from Sue Smith.

I'm not so sure about that. Its perm any 2 from 4 after Burnley's win today. They will be hoping they can pick up more points before they face forest on the last day.

Its Everton v Forest tomorrow. That's a real squeeky bum game.

I know he gets his names muddled up, but it did throw me out a bit today when he kept saying ‘Ayew’ I thought when did that transfer happen?? It’s ‘Ajer’ you bellend

And I agree about Sue Smith as well, she’s very good

I knew we were safe when Sutton said a week ago that we were in trouble given our run in. Absolute T****r.
