It probably takes so long because these media outlets always jump the gun to try and be the first to know.

For all we know Remy has not even been given permission to talk to us or we have only just started to take seriously to Chelski

When the word 'medical' appears in 'rumours' one knows things are proceeding in a positive direction, but no sign of that yet, so I guess this too might carry on for a couple of days. But on the othe hand, no sign of Wetspam or anyone else trying to muscle in at this stage...

IF Remy signs I hope supporters will not expect him to "Hit the ground running" as he hasn't played this season and although he made 20 apps last season, many might have been off the bench.The last goal he scored was back in December.

Haha well joking aside they have Costa and batshuayi if they let remy go. Can't see him coming unless they get a 3rd striker.

Chelsea have 3 strikers out on 'Loan' : Tammy Abraham, Bertrand Traore and Izzy Brown. One of their 'Fringe' strikers Dominic Solanke was named in their squad for a recent game.

Exactly my point do you think they would rather remy or a youngster ? Solanke has a lot of potential but conte won't just chuck him in I would have thought. By all acounts the player wants to come and play, and we have agreed a loan to buy. What else could be holding it up ?

With Palace you look at how long it takes other clubs then add a week.
