Todays second download is a set by the legendary Frank Zappa that was recorded at the Convention Center, Dallas, Texas on the 17th October 1980. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and sound absolutely top notch. I've posted a few boots by FZ over the years and this one was first posted in 2008... It's easily one of the best sounding Zappa boots I've got, and if you missed this one first time round - grab it now... this is thoroughly recommended... Todays extra download is a set by Yes that was recorded in Amsterdam, Netherlands on the 21st January 1972. This show has been posted before - many years ago, but this is a remastered version that sounds soooo much better than the original version I posted. If you downloaded that version - compare it to this version - there is no comparison. If you think you've heard this bootleg - you haven't until you listen to this one... The band are on fire for this one and the set is amazing.... this is thoroughly recommended and then some..... Todays first download is another bootleg by the Grateful Dead that was recorded at the RFK Stadium, Washington, DC on the 20th June 1992. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I recently discovered that my files were seriously lacking in good quality Dead shows - so I'm gonna be posting a couple a month for the next few months... As there are literally 1000's of GD shows available there are plenty to choose from. This is a good one and if you like the Grateful Dead - grab this one.... a top setlist and featuring Steve Miller on the last three tracks. Todays second download is the first bootleg or album by this artist that I've posted. Here is Kenny Wayne Shepherd and a set he performed at the Great American Music Hall, SF. CA in 1996 - the exact date isnt listed. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. Kenny was touring promoting his first album called "Ledbetter Heights" which was well received.. and he plays a good selection from it. This guy can play - really play, I was surprised at how good this guy actually is..... more so when I discovered that when he played this show he was only 19!..... grab this one folks, I think you will enjoy it!!..... this is thoroughly recommended... According to my files this is the first bootleg by this band that I've posted - and it's a good one. A top track selection and top quality - this is thoroughly recommended.....
