Todays first download is a set by John Miles that was recorded for the BBC at the Golders Green Hippodrome on the 14th Feb 1976. This is in superb quality - easily the best sounding bootleg by John Miles that I've ever heard. He performs a cracking set with this band and includes a wicked version of "Music" - his biggest solo hit. I've recently posted a couple of boots by JM (I posted one yesterday) and if you liked those - then you must get this one - its a must have.... Todays second download is a set by Ugly Kid Joe that was recorded at the Wacken Open Air Festival in Germany on the 2nd August 2013. This is in superb quality with the audio for the show being taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've not posted much by UKJ over the years - this is only the 3rd bootleg according to my files. This is a good set though and he performs his biggest single hit "Cats In The Cradle". If you like UKJ then grab this one - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by Pavement that was recorded at the Uptown Bar & Cafe, Minneapolis on the 6th November 1992. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've not posted much by Pavement over the years - this is only the third bootleg - and one studio album. This is a good set and if you like Pavement - definitely one for the collection.... Todays first download is another set by Paul McCartney following on the from the show I posted yesterday. This is a set performed on Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, CA on the 23rd of this month. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from a webcast audio rip and sounds top notch. Paul plays 3 songs from his new album on this set and a good selection of Wings and Beatles classics. This is a cracking set and if you like Macca - you will want this one.... Todays second download is a set by Elvis Costello & The Roots that was recorded at the World Cafe, Philadelphia on the 24th of this month. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from an FM broadcast and sounds top notch. There is a series of interviews on this recording but they can be deleted easily as they are seperate tracks. This is a great sounding show by EC - I posted his new album recently... If you grabbed that then give him a chance with some live versions of the songs....
