Todays first download is a set by the Pixies that was recorded at the Town & Country Club, London on the 1st August 1988. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted lots of albums and bootlegs by the Pixies over the years and this is another top sounding show for the collection. If you like the Pixies - this is thoroughly recommended... and then some!.. Todays extra download is the first bootleg by this band that I've posted - but not the first album. This is Super Furry Animals and the set they played at the Glastonbury Festival on the 26th June 1999. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted 2 studio albums by this band in the past but nothing live. Todays first download is a set by Aerosmith that was recorded at the Donnington Festival of Rock, Donnington, UK on the 18th August 1990. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds absolutely top notch. I've posted a stack of Aerosmith albums and bootlegs over the years and I was surprised not to see this show in my files. A top set which includes the tracks "Janie's Got A Gun" "Love In An Elevator" and "Dude, Looks Like A Lady" all being played. The Toxic Twins are joined onstage for the last two tracks by the legendary Led Zep guitarist Jimmy Page. If you like Aerosmith, this is thoroughly recommended... Todays first download is a set by guitar legend Stevie Ray Vaughan - with his band Double Trouble. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted a few shows by SRV over the years and this is another top sounding show for the collection. A top setlist on this one with classic versions of "Scuttle Buttlin'" and a top version of Jimi Hendrix' classic Voodoo Chile... If you like great blues/rock guitar then grab this bootleg.. this is thoroughly recommended... and then some!... This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds absolutely wicked - easily one of the best Metallica boots I've heard. A top setlist as well with the bands classic "Master Of Puppets" being played. If you like Metallica - then grab this show.. it rocks big time... this is thoroughl recommended..
