Pleased with this although I don't see him as a long term solution. If he does well he'll get snapped up by a bigger club in 2/3 years time. The reality is that a big name like De Boer will see us as a stepping stone. Dyche, to me, fitted the Palace mound better but I'm very optimistic for next season under Frank

Apparently while he was at ajax he turned down Liverpool and Spurs as he wanted to build something there. Think the guy has integrity..
