U.S Senate blocks aid to Israel to help replenish missile defence. Is the tide turning against them?

A conflict stat: Israel have killed as many Palestinians civilians in the last 25 days as Palestinians have killed Israeli civilians in the last 25 years.
Reminds me of the SS who would kill - was it 10 or 100? - villagers if one of their men was fatally wounded by a revolting native.
Collective punishment - A war crime that hopefully the IDF will be prosecuted for.

So, have Hamas said today that they will dismantle the tunnel network in order to bring peace? Or are they still using it to prop up their power?
They have. Just a few minutes after Netanyahu dismantled the West Bank Wall; ended the seven year blockade of Gaza; promised to rebuild the thousands of homes demolished and allow the people to manage their own water resources and air-space; apologised for killing all those children; took an oath to stop the Israeli version of Liebansraum continuing; passed an act ensuring that Palestinians and Israelis have the same rights; ordered all illegal settlers to leave the land they have stolen so the Palestinian families can return home and agreed to adhere to the 44 UN resolutions so far ignored since 1948.
Oh, and because he did all that Hamas are going to be defunct in just over 5 minutes. Their support has suddenly disintegrated.

So in spite of witnessing the bombardment and shelling of Palestinian areas in the last 24 hours, the Palestinians have allegedly captured an Israeli soldier.

I would love it if his captors fed him well and looked after him, and released him in a few weeks, in front of the world's press, alongside the coffins of their children.
That would be a real coup.
Unfortunately, I think he'll be paraded in front of the TV cameras after being tortured.
Then more reprisals against women and children by Israel.
I disengage, I turn the page.

Interesting response from one who implores, normally, debate and discussion between opposing parties yet in this instance seems quote content to allow a government to sit back and watch whilst it's population, quite a few of them strategically placed human shields, die, without any form of compromise being mooted or even vaguely considered.
Hamas have a lot of blood on their hands because of their selfish actions and Hamas are not good for the Palestinian people. BTW, this is not a defence of Israel. It is a criticism of the c***s at Hamas who appear to be content to watch their people die rather than compromise.

You don't like Hamas. I get it. Not many people do. Not quite sure what that has got to do with shelling UN compounds and blowing children to bits and stealing land, etc, etc, etc. Are Hamas literally forcing the IDF to train their sights on hospitals and playgrounds and imploring them to demolish whole streets and murder and injure thousands of non-combatants then? I must have missed that bit. B*stards.

Up the IDF! [Link] It's all the fault of Hamas. (even the stuff before Hamas existed as well too I'd imagine)

Two things for you to ponder and than bore us with a predictable response too:
1. In most conflict situations one side has the ascendancy and the other does not. In most cases, then that which does does has the ascendancy attempts to minimise the death toll of its civilian population by negotiating with the opposition. Hamas appears not to want to do this. Why is this? It is a genuine question and Something I cannot fathom. The Israelis have better firearms, etc., why not try and minimise civilian deaths through progressive discussions?; 2. Why don't you answer questions without a non evocative bunch of bollocks? All your stuff is illusionary, visionary bulls***. Answer what is asked.
