Now in that view it looks like Fabianski does trip him so yep it's a pen. Ref didn't have that angle though.

This has been on the cards for almost a year now. Bad buys by AP sanctioned by SP look no further . We have been had on the transfer market they see us coming and rub there hands .Players are not prem standard and if you think differently you are deluded just like SP.
