And we might end up with misfits on loan or on free transfers.

I sense that there isn't much faith amongst our supporters that the club will bring in players who will actually make a difference.

By my reckoning, to-date only 6 PL clubs have signed new players in this window - total of 7 players.

It appears to me that Freedman is doing very little to strengthen and build the team either that or his skills in negotiations are poor . Isn’t it about time he left and we brought in somebody who can do the job he is paid for

I’m sure ( blind optimism?) that we will bring in a couple of players. It’s surprising we’ve let 6 go without anyone coming in and I can only assume the delay is caused by waiting for other clubs to release the players we’ve lined up. It’s a dangerous game as we saw with the Solanke deal falling apart. Roy said at the press conference he would like a striker and midfield player. Let’s hope he’s consulted about the choices or there’s no guarantee they’ll be involved given Roy’s track record on involvement of new signings!

It’s surprising we’ve let 6 go without anyone coming in and I can only assume the delay is caused by waiting for other clubs to release the players we’ve lined up.

Tosun would have to have an option to buy, there is no point getting him up to speed for Everton. Moses is absolute quality.

We are screaming out for a striker and someone creative in midfield. There are 15 games left and we probably need to win 5 of them to stay up.More games will pass us by and we will leave till the last minute buying some unknown carthorse or players just to make up the numbers like we did last year
