Encouraging but can anyone tell me why we never score or even look like scoring from corners? When we win a corner I never get even slightly excited.

ps. Edit . Sorry just seen similar posts. Great minds and all that.

Not sure anyone would disagree with you! Main stand is an emotional wreck tonight!!!
Early second half goal to settle everyone’s nerves

Palace playing really well tonight. To keep their composure whilst still upping the tempo is very good. To not get rattled despite going behind to an unusually good goal for the opposition, and then to a deflection when on top is encouraging.

Keep it up boys!

If you take Sheff Utds goals out of the equation we look by far the better team. It's not even close. The worry is whether Olise can last more than an hour. With him on the pitch you have belief we can push on and win this. All I keep thinking is "please don't get injured" about Eze and Olise. With them on the pitch together we're just so joyful to watch. JPM doing well again. I really hope he gets a goal. We look more balanced with Ayew back too.

Despite all that, results elsewhere mean we have to win this.

COYP!

Bloody harsh, it was a wicked deflection.

Roy only brings on the Subs when there is thirty seconds left to play

This is going to sound very reactionary but I genuinely think, especially given his age, that Olise is a better all round player than Zaha.

Wilf obviously explosive running at players but Olise's all round game is absolutely majestic. There is zero chance his release clause doesn't get triggered this summer. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Question: When Olise leaves what are we going to do?

1. Bring back Wilf who can score goals ?
2. Find a young promising winger from the Championship, e.g. Sakamoto who can also do that ?

We're going for the record... No goals from a corner in a season

Na i think its putting it mildly he didnt even move or make an attempt , it was like he froze . A wheelie bin would have stod a better chance of stopping the ball .

We won't find another like him. He's brilliant. Honestly, he could play for Barcelona or something in a year or two.
