Covid has really hit football clubs' finances hard. The longer this window goes on without buying clubs bidding, the more nervous the selling clubs will become. IMO it will be a case of who blinks first. Who will we end up with? I've no idea but I think we will get a couple of younger players in as well as the traditional freebie or two and perhaps a loanee.

I don’t care what the fee is. If QPR reject what Palace think is the correct price then we move on. Let other teams spend stupid money on unproven players...and that’s if other clubs are even serious about signing him. Tell me why do some of you assume that Palace have to hurry a deal through before a bigger side comes in? If so many other teams want him, then why haven’t they signed him? Why haven’t we heard of any other team making a single bid? Some of you act as though these players are not on the radar of other teams early doors and that’s our only chance to sign them. LOL
